Generator Control System
Ettes Power Gensets supply many types of control systems including key start controller, AMF Controller, ATS, Synchronizing Parallel Panels and Auto Remote controller to satisfy special requirements from clients. ATS Introduction
For emergency power in buildings, Auto Transfer System (ATS) is essential. ATS can automatically transfer load from main power to emergency power without operators operation. When the main power fails or voltage drop below 80% of normal voltage, the ATS will start emergency generator set after a preset time from 0 to 10 seconds (Adjustable). At rated speed, the ATS will transfer load to emergency power with available from 40A to 4,000A. There is a SWT ATS that can meet every project's need.

6). About how to configure ATS current?
When the prime power of the generator set is X, then "CURRENT Value≥2X",eg. Prime=220 Kw, the ATS Current should be ATS-500 (500A)
Parallel Synchronizing Control Panels
1). Paralleling conditions:
a) Generator sets should be equipped with electrical governor system
b) Incoming genset phase sequence must be same as main power
c) Voltage difference is in the limit between genset and main power
d) Frequency difference is in the limit between genset and main power
e) Phase angle difference is in the limit between genset and main power
2). Better reliability and continuity of electrical power:
The paralleling of generator sets enhances system performance because they can stand much more load than one genset do
3). Convenient maintenance and service:
With generator sets operated in paralleling system, servicing generator sets will not interrupt emergency power to critical system
4). More economic:
Operator can manage the operating gensets according main power load. It eliminates the waste of fuel and lubrication oil while bigger power genset carry smaller load
5). More flexibility for future expansion:
Paralleling system offer economy of installing only as much power as you need, then adding generator set as building power expands.
ATS Introduction
ATS is an optional equipment for intelligent genset control system,
ATS (automatic changer over/automatic transfer switch) is for dual power supply system, the very equipment which can automatically transfer power electricity between mains grid and generator.
ATS control panel will monitor the voltage and frequency of mains grid timely. When there is something wrong, such as high voltage, low voltage, phase missing and power failures from mains grid etc., ATS will send signal to start the generator automatically. When the power from mains grid is recovered, ATS will control generator stop running and switch power coming from mains grid automatically. Simultaneously, it controls the generator to shut down after cooled. To-and-fro..., making automatic double-circuit system comes to be true.
