6 Units Cummins Diesel Engine Generating Set to Indonesia - Ettes Power

Reported from Ettes Power dated on 10th Feb 2015, we just supplied 6 units Cummins diesel genset to Indonesia Project, following is the news detail.

• Applications: gensets will work in Island as standby power/emergency power. By synchronizing with mains grid with control panel composed two ACB Breaker and Deepsea control module 8620.

• Main Genset Technical Configuration.

Genset is based on 50HZ, AC 400V, 3phases & 4 Wires.

Controller Module	Two ACB Breakers, Deepsea 8620 control module, Synchronization with mains grid to realize non stop power supply between mains and generator.
Control Panel Standard	GGD with IP 44
Control Panel Functions	Processing Steps/Sequence: I. When Mains Normal : 1. Genset in stop/standby mode. 2. Breaker B is ON 3. Load is supplied 100% from mains. II. When mains failure : 1. The Breaker B will be OFF. 2. The genset will automatically start. 3. Breaker A is ON 4. Load is supplied 100% from genset. III. When mains normal again : 1. The genset will automatically synchronizing with mains over Breaker B. 2. After breaker B ON, load supplied from genset and mains. 3. after that the genset load ramp down to genset breaker trip limit. 4. Breaker A will be OFF. 5. Load 100% supplied from mains. 6. The genset cooling down and stop/standby mode again. IV. Genset automatically start for warming up every moday about 5 minutes. ( 1x per week )

• Supply Scope: complete Brand New Cummins diesel fired engine generator set including Cummins engine, alternator, radiator, base frame, synchronization control panel with two ACB and Deepsea DSE8620, Copper Busbar, muffler, absorber, starting battery, battery charger, tools box, genset testing report, user manuals and other accessory etc.

• Warranty: Ettes Power will supply warranty of 1 year after delivery or 1500 running hours (accumulated) as per international standard, subject to which comes first.
