• Project Name: 4MW Syngas-Biomass Power Plant in Philippines (8*500KW)• Working Area: Biomass/Syngas Gasification Plant, Philippines• Gas Fuel: Syngas/Biomass from Coconut Shell and Straw Gasification• Genset Type: Open Skid Genset located in the engine house, CHP System from Exhaust Gas for Steam to dry feedstock.• Cooling Method: Open Water Cooling by Heat Exchanger + Cooling Tower• Gensets Numbers: 8*500KW working in parallel (7 units work, 1 unit backup)• Engine Model: 8300D/M-1
• Engine Type: Specially designed for low quality gas.
• Engine Model: 8300D/M, 8 cylinders in line, displacement 215L, Bore x Stroke: 300 x 380mm, Naturally Aspirated (No Turbocharger and Intercooler), Rotation Speed 600RPM• Alternator: Siemens 1FC6 Series (60HZ, 440V)• Control System: Synchronization Parallel Control• Ignition System: Altronic from USA• Mixer: Specially designed for low quality syngas• Working Mode: Non-stop 24 Hours Continuous Working• Applications: The project is private investment and government supported. Producing syngas/biomass from Gasification of coconut shell and straw. Using engine for generation and selling electricity to Mains Grid. Using heat recovery from exhaust gas to dry feedstock.• Payback Period: The investment recovery period is 18 months.
